2. Service Availability

Services are offered based on availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Provide accurate booking information
Ensure access to the vehicle
Remove personal belongings before service
Inform us of any vehicle damage or special concerns

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Prices may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and selected services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with advance notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

McPherson Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:

Pre-existing vehicle damage
Mechanical failures
Items left inside the vehicle
Damage resulting from undisclosed vehicle conditions

8. Service Plans

Service plan customers agree to the pricing, scheduling, and service frequency selected at the time of enrollment. Service plans may be canceled according to the cancellation terms provided during signup.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
